What Are You Looking For?

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on your household usage, roof space and whether you want daytime cover only or battery backup through the evening. Our free site assessment compares two or three system sizes against your actual bills so you can see the real payback period before you decide.

No. The site assessment and quote are free and obligation-free. If you proceed, you sign a fixed-price installation agreement covering equipment and warranty terms, with no ongoing contract once the system is commissioned.

Most customers pay by bank transfer or card. Many installations also qualify for small-scale technology certificates and, where eligible, the Cheaper Home Batteries Program, which reduce the price before you pay. Your quote will show the cost after any rebates you qualify for.

This is exactly why the site assessment happens before you commit to anything. Our engineers model your usage and shading first, so the design is confirmed and agreed before the quote is signed, not adjusted after installation.

Government rebates and small-scale technology certificates reduce the upfront price on most systems. We are not a lender and do not provide personal financial advice, so if you are considering a loan or buy-now-pay-later option, we recommend speaking with your bank or a licensed financial adviser about what suits your situation.

Most residential installations are completed in a single day once the crew is on site. Grid connection and compliance paperwork are lodged straight after, so your system is generating and monitored within about a week of sign-off.

Yes. The assessment, design and quote carry no cost and no obligation to proceed. You only pay once you have approved a fixed-price installation agreement.

Panels, inverters and batteries carry their manufacturer warranty, typically 10 to 25 years depending on the component. Installation workmanship is separately covered under our own workmanship warranty, detailed in your installation agreement.

Most residential rooftop systems do not need council development approval, though your electricity distributor does need to approve the grid connection. We handle the distributor application and compliance paperwork as part of every installation.
